Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity available within our Technology organization for a Technology Associate. If you are looking to start your career, then demonstrating your skills in Technical Support is a wonderful place to start! This position enables daily opportunities to grow and learn from our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams at Capital Insurance Group including Production Support, Security, Network, Application Support Analysts, and System Administrator teams.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with onboarding new employees (account setup, system access, etc.)
- Managing and updating tickets in our helpdesk system (Jira)
- Handling access requests and user permissions
- Responding to and troubleshooting incident tickets
- Collaborating with the IT team to maintain and improve our internal systems
- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Microsoft Office Apps
- SQL Developer
- PowerShell scripting
- Jira and other internal tools
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Windows environments and basic IT concepts
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
