Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $20.57
Mid = $25.71
Max = $30.85
Summary:
The Compliance/Risk Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational transparency, reducing risk exposure and upholding the integrity and ethical operation of the organization. This position is responsible for working in collaboration with all departments of the organization including patients, visitors, workforce members and community clients.
Responsibilities:
The Compliance/Risk Coordinator must be able to multi-task, function within multiple software systems and work well in a fast-paced environment. The Coordinator must possess a professional demeanor, understand the importance of customer service, and be able to work well independently. This position requires the ability to adapt and manage non-routine tasks, correspond within and outside the organization and handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
Educate staff on risk matters and occurrence reporting
Provide training for frontline and end users on Midas
Assist in risk assessments and mitigation
Maintaining risk policies and insurance policies
Maintaining Certificates of Insurance
Assist in risk/compliance projects
Serving as a liaison for risk and compliance related inquiries and legal matters
Reviewing and preparing risk reports from Midas
Support compliance as needed.

Health Associates degree or three years healthcare experience
