We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Lakewood, OH team!

As a Project Manager at ADA Architects, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating architectural projects from conception through completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that our designs meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.


What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and proposals to clients, contractors, vendors and other engineers in a professional manner.
  • Travel regularly to client meetings and other job-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial architectural industry.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural processes, design principles, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management and architectural software preferred and design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is required.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
