We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acqusition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts and talent acquisition processes and programs across the business. This person will play a central role in attracting and hiring top talent, managing recruiting tools and vendors, addressing hiring gaps and challenges, and managing talent KPIs.

Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acqusition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts and talent acquisition processes and programs across the business. This person will play a central role in attracting and hiring top talent, managing recruiting tools and vendors, addressing hiring gaps and challenges, and managing talent KPIs.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and business-critical roles (e.g., Plant Managers, Directors, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure role clarity, sourcing strategy, interview design, and hiring decisions
- Identify and address areas for improvement within the candidate experience or hiring process to increase efficiency
- Manage and mentor one TA Specialist to support salaried and indirect labor hiring
- Oversee job description management, requisition approvals, and offer approvals.
- Serve as the point person for applicant tracking system and onboarding-related questions and escalations
- Own the recruiting budget, including tracking spend across vendors, job boards, referral payouts, relocation, and immigration services
- Manage talent programs such as referral bonus program, university co-op/internship programs, and the Foam Technology Management Trainee Program
- Manage talent related services such as Relocation, Immigration, Onboarding, etc.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices for staffing fees, immigration, relocation, subscriptions, etc.
- Produce and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly recruiting dashboards for HR and executive leadership
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate referral bonus payouts
- Partner with the HR team to maintain and improve social media presence and engagement. Manage social media content calendars and campaign performance metrics
- Deliver training to new managers on hiring best practices
- Partner with HRBPs on ATS training for new HR team members
- Collaborate with LinkedIn reps quarterly to track performance and ROI
- Manage assessment tools such as Predictive Index and monitor correlation to hiring success
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field; MBA or SHRM C-P preferred
- 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting and talent operations within the manufacturing industry.
- Multisite and high-volume experience recruiting preferred
- Prior experience managing an internal recruiting team preferred
- Experience managing recruiting tools, ATS systems, and job boards, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to serve business needs and proactively address hiring challenges with a solution-oriented approach
- Proven ability to manage talent programs and vendors
- Ability to present talent metrics across varying levels of the business including C-suite
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% to FXI plants and meetings
