Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, screening and prioritizing requests.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as required.
- Organize travel plans and itineraries for executives, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and easily accessible.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and reports as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
