Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support the North America Transportation Operations Team. This role is primarily focused on ground logistics using a full truckload carrier network. The analyst will provide essential support in carrier communication, data analysis, appointment scheduling, and freight management using SAP and TMS systems.
This is a hybrid role combining transportation operations knowledge with strong office and analytical skills.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support the North America Transportation Operations Team. This role is primarily focused on ground logistics using a full truckload carrier network. The analyst will provide essential support in carrier communication, data analysis, appointment scheduling, and freight management using SAP and TMS systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a communication liaison with external carrier partners to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Analyze logistics data using tools like E2Open, PowerBI, Excel, and Outlook.
- Support appointment scheduling and report maintenance.
- Build freight shipments within SAP and the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Monitor and report on key transportation metrics such as on-time pick-up and delivery performance.
- Maintain and update logistics reports and dashboards for operational visibility.
- Flexibly manage tasks and adapt to new priorities as assignments shift.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve transportation-related issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Prior experience in the transportation industry preferred.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, E2Open, and SAP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
