The Fennec is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, payroll processing, and accounts payable management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to record financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial data.
  • Maintain organized and confidential financial records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
