Web Analyst

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Web Analyst to join our Data Science team!

This is a long-term contract role.

We are a hybrid workplace, x2 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.

The Web Analyst [Web & Social] will work closely with our technology team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements. The candidate will also partner with multiple business units to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision-making are being adhered to within our internal functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain visualization dashboards for social media performance reporting (Tableau/ Power BI/etc
• Track and analyze KPIs across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter),
• Deliver weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc campaign performance reports
• Conduct social listening to uncover brand sentiment, audience behavior, and competitive trends
• Provide actionable insights to support strategy, content creation, and campaign optimization
• Serve as the primary client contact for all performance-related inquires
• Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and media teams
• Streamline campaign reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on deliverables and timelines

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years’ experience in social media, marketing, or data analytics
• Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for data visualization and analysis
• Experience using Sprinklr, Google Analytics, and native social platform analytics
• Experience using Web Analytical tools (ex. Adobe, G4) for performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and audience behaviors
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SQL and API-based reporting tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of Social Listening tools (ex. Quid) (preferred)

The salary range for this role is $70,000- $75,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills
