Your Mission Will Be To

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Handle back-office tasks and assist with B2B and B2C support (emails, tickets, and order management)
• Provide personalized product recommendations—including color matching to ensure customers find their perfect shade
• Address questions and save the sale by turning concerns into confidence
• Accurately log product concerns and feedback
• Assist with data entry into QuickBooks as needed
• Stay informed about current products and beauty trends
