The Learning & Development Manager will create structured, scalable, and results-driven training programs that enhance professional development and leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Identify & Assess Development Needs: Work closely with leadership to evaluate current skill gaps and future training needs to design customized growth and development strategies.
- Create Targeted Training Programs: Develop and implement structured learning initiatives that build job-specific skills, leadership competencies, and professional development pathways.
- Facilitate Engaging & Impactful Learning: Lead interactive workshops, coaching sessions, and online training designed to enhance performance and career growth.
- Implement Career Development Strategies: Establish succession planning and leadership development initiatives to strengthen Homewise’s internal talent pipeline.
- Utilize Data & Feedback to Drive Learning: Measure program success using employee engagement, performance tracking, and learning analytics to refine and improve training initiatives.
- Promote a Growth-Oriented Culture: Encourage continuous learning, skill development, and leadership mindset across all levels of the organization.
- Stay Ahead of Learning & Development Trends: Incorporate best practices, cutting-edge tools, and new technologies to keep Homewise at the forefront of professional development.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience in Learning & DevelopmentAt least five years of experience in a professional setting, creating and implementing structured training and career development programs.
- Strategic Thinker & Facilitator: Experience identifying employee growth opportunities and developing learning initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Strong Communication & Coaching Skills: Ability to engage, mentor, and inspire employees at all levels.
- Technology & Learning Tools: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, instructional design software, and performance tracking methods.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or a related industry is a plus.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
