Essential Functions Of The Program Supervisor

  • Provide high-quality leadership, direction, and supervision to team members in all program settings and foster a culturally sensitive, youth-centered environment.
  • Guide, monitor, and ensure quality and safe service delivery in compliance with agency, county, state, and federal standards of practice and program regulations.
  • Monitor, prepare, and submit program and financial outcome reports according to agency practice and protocols.
  • Attend both external and internal agency training and workshops; complete and pass all required trainings as set forth in the funder and licensing regulations.

Minimal Qualifications Of The Program Supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Individuals 21 years of age or older, with the ability to identify with and adapt to the goals and philosophies of the program.
  • 2-3 years of experience with adolescent youth in a trauma-informed, residential setting.
  • Knowledge of DHS licensing requirements and procedures
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, including vehicle insurance and inspection on any vehicle used for daily work and transportation of clients
  • Must receive a passing score on annual motor vehicle clearance to be eligible to operate agency vehicles.
  • Never been convicted of any prohibited criminal or child abuse offense

Preferred Qualifications Of The Program Supervisor

  • Budget awareness and knowledge
  • Quality assurance and continuous quality improvement
  • Trauma-informed knowledge and experience with trafficking survivors.
  • Proficient in computer knowledge and skills, familiar with the operation of external databases and Google Suite.

Physical Requirements Of The Program Supervisor

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
  • Able to climb in and out of the vehicle multiple times per day
  • Able to walk up and down stairs as necessary
  • Reach with hands and arms and sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk, working on a computer.
