D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Design Center Coordinator for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue by upgrading and selling options to our homebuyers by performing the following duties.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Design Center Coordinator for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue by upgrading and selling options to our homebuyers by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and meet with buyers after contract signing to assist them in choosing selections for home
- Meet with vendors and suppliers regarding new upgrades and options to sell to customers
- Selection and design of field models and model homes
- Complete appointments with appropriate customer follow-up
- Explain, demonstrate and calculate pricing for buyer's consideration on upgrade optional items. Achieve maximum upgrade selection by buyer within parameters of the buyer's financial capacity
- Generate accurate paperwork on all selections
- Maintain <?xml:namespace prefix = "st1" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Design Center appearance
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.
