Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Perform insurance verifications and obtain authorizations for various payer types
- Maintain a tidy and inviting work environment and organization of resources
- Provide consistent exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Ability to deal effectively with time pressures, stress and change
- Strong time-management and excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to details
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a fast paced Physical Therapy environment
- Bilingual a plus
