Service BDC Representative

Job Summary

MCGRATH ARLINGTON KIA is seeking an EXPERIENCED, qualified Service BDC representative. We are looking for a long-term, goal-oriented individual with a strong history of performance in this position. This department handles 100% of all incoming service leads and calls into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to the script and schedule a service appointment.
• Make several outbound calls per day.
• Log all Customer-comments.
• Schedule a follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for service.
• Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to Customer website requests.
• Contact service customers via email and phone to schedule service appointments.
• Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
• Notify the necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
