What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and manage infection prevention and control measures
• Provide skilled nursing care using evidence-based practices
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Implement physician orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Educate residents and families on wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with leadership on care planning and infection protocols
• Support our mission of creating a warm, compassionate environment
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Current New Jersey LPN License (Unencumbered)
• Infection Prevention Certification (Required)
• Wound care or infection prevention experience (Preferred)
• Long-term care experience (Preferred but not required)
