The Wellness Services Director leads elder care operations in a vibrant senior living community, overseeing staffing, care plans, and compliance with regulations.
- Responsible for hiring, training, supervising staff, and managing schedules to meet state guidelines.
- Ensures quality elder care, conducts assessments, and manages care from move-in to move-out.
- Leads quality assurance, tracks incidents, and complies with regulatory standards.
- Performs licensed nursing tasks, coordinates with third-party providers, and assists with medication management.
- Manages departmental budgets and supports team development.
- Requires RN licensure, experience in assisted living/memory care, strong leadership, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
