At Replenysh we're looking for a Territory Sales Manager – California to join our team.

We’re seeking a Territory Manager to grow our network of recycling operators across California. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, signing, and activating operators who move valuable recyclable materials like glass, aluminum, and PET.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of recycling operator leads across California (and eventually beyond).
- Close partnerships with operators to pick up, receive, and move recycled materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new operators through onboarding and activation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term operator success.
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track outreach, conversations, and performance data.
- Provide feedback to improve our operator-facing tools, playbooks, and value proposition.
- 5+ years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience, preferably in logistics, waste management, recycling, facility services, or industrial sales.
- Strong understanding of field-based operations and local route-based businesses.
- Proven ability to close new accounts and grow relationships over time.
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills — able to own a territory and make it thrive.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with recycling, sustainability, or materials recovery.
- Existing network in California’s recycling, logistics, or industrial services sectors.
- Experience working with logistics or marketplace startups.
