- Have fitness industry experience (preferred)
- Have perseverance to succeed through follow-up and follow through
- Love to constantly learn and grow
- Greet and check in all members
- Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Handle correspondence
- Set up new memberships, sell retail products
- Sell personal training packages
- Keep the reception area clean and well-organized
- Conduct guest tours
- Perform outreach
- Assist with club’s daily maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Current CPR Certification is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Basic accounting principles, cash processing and computer skills
