PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The primary responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Specialist includes performing internal audits, review and approval of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, hosting FDA, AABB, and other regulatory agency inspections. This position will review and approve proposed corrective actions within the error management system. Interaction with blood center management and staff is required.
Regular full time attendance is required during office hours. This position must be able to work flexible hours and days, as needed.
