The Maintenance Rebuild Planner is responsible for management of offline rebuild of spare parts. This role requires a deep understanding of rebuild processes, inventory management, and supply chain strategies to ensure the timely availability of spare parts while minimizing downtime and production disruptions. The Maintenance Rebuild Planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast needs, manage suppliers, and maintain optimal inventory levels, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of production operations. The Maintenance Rebuild Planner will report to the Spares Manager.

- Coordinate with maintenance to evaluate repair needs of damaged equipment pulled off the production lines
- Identify and procure parts and rebuild kits necessary for maintenance to complete in-house rebuilds
- Implement and manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes for equipment under warranty.
- Coordinate external evaluation and repairs for complex equipment
- Manage and communicate repair schedules to maintenance and engineering teams, including expedite requests as needed by the business
- Utilize ERP, CMMS, and/or Inventory Management software to track, analyze, and manage inventory effectively.
- Previous experience in maintenance or spare parts management preferred
- Must have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in ERP, CMMS, and/or Inventory Management software.

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (more than 80% of shift)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to work in difficult working conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes, for extended periods of time.
