Summary

Airswift is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join one of our major clients in Midland, TX facility on a long-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment while offering exceptional customer service across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide iPhone/iPad support for end-users, ensuring seamless functionality and quick resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktop computers, laptops, thin clients, and other IT equipment.
  • Resolve PC, network, and telecom issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Offer general system support across multiple locations, including on-call support for system maintenance and urgent issue resolution.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all users, addressing IT-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on emerging computer technologies and recommend solutions that enhance the Midland Division’s competitive advantage, boosting productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong experience with Windows 10, networking, and IT support systems.
  • Proven ability to manage IT personnel and support projects with a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in business/project management is a plus.
