Automotive Sales Manager

Biggers Mazda is looking to add an additional Sales Manager.

We now have a opening as our retail business continues to grow, and are looking for a highly motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career! We are adding onto our Sales Management team.

What We’re Looking For:

We are in growth mode and looking for a Sales Manager to join us in supporting our current dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.

This position is responsible for delivering a high level of performance, while also providing a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales staff in day to day operations.
• Review and inspect all aspects of the sales process from start to finish.
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Submitting applications and working with lenders for finance and lease deals.
• Generating all required paperwork, including L&T, GAP, Service and Finance contracts for customer approval.
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with sales team on implementation of proper selling processes.
• Set and maintain department work schedule.

• Excellent communicator
• Motivator who can inspire and lead
• Experience in Automotive Sales Management
• Proficient in dealership DMS and CRM tools
