Quest Diagnostics is looking to hire motivated students for our Quest Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP). QFLDP has been designed to provide an opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the business and develop strong analytical skills that will prepare individuals for management roles in the Finance function.

Program Highlights
- High visibility role with immediate responsibility and projects
- Rotation length: 12-24 months
- Number of rotations: 3
- Development is closely monitored by the CFO and Finance Leadership Team
- Nationwide opportunities
- Networking events, training programs, presentations, off site events
- Objective is to support accelerated development and achieve a steep career trajectory
- Performing financial analyses and month end reporting to provide recommendations
- Using programs such as MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, analyzing and developing insights from large datasets
- Interpreting financial data for partners within and outside of Finance
- Developing business strategy and executing shareholder value initiatives
- Benchmarking competitive position
- Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Innovative thinker comfortable with navigating ambiguity to complete tasks
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a matrix environment and build/maintain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Word)
- Prior experience in finance and / or healthcare industry is a plus
