Role #1: Contracts/Corporate Paralegal (In-House)

Location: Reston, VA

Salary: DOE + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire, Permanent Placement, Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to CEO to provide comprehensive oversight and guidance on all in-house legal matters
  • Project managing the execution of new contracts and managing the existing contracts to ensure compliance throughout the contract lifespan
  • Form special purpose and tax-exempt corporate entities
  • Draft bylaws, operating agreements, consents and resolutions of the board and filing them with the SCC
  • Annual corporate filings with SCC
  • Draft legal documents, including legal agreements, non-disclosure agreements, lease, and purchase agreements, etc.
  • Must have experience drafting, editing, and assisting with contract negotiations

Role #2: Contracts Administrator/Paralegal (In-House)

Location: DC/Northern Virginia

Salary: $65-85K DOE + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire, Permanent Placement, Hybrid work arrangement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, redline contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, master service agreements, etc.
  • Entity management and formation, including preparing relevant corporate and licensing documents
  • Conduct regulatory and compliance research
  • Must have CLM experience.

Role #3: Paralegal (In-House)

Location: Reston, Virginia

Salary: up to $130K DOE + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire, Permanent Placement, 100% in-offiice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain corporate records and draft legal documents
  • File formation/registration paperwork for LLCs
  • Support finance transactions and manage related documents
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, and correspondence related to commercial real estate transactions
  • Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions
  • Work with title companies on real estate closings
  • Oversee licensing and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
  • Must have experience with commercial real estate or corporate transactions.
