Job Summary:

Seasons Games is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Business Development to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our cutting-edge entertainment products. Based out of our Dallas headquarters, you will work closely with venue operators, restaurant owners, and business partners to showcase the value of Seasons Games’ solutions, ensuring they meet their revenue and entertainment goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the entertainment, hospitality, and retail sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
  • Present and demonstrate Seasons Games’ product portfolio, including claw machines, prize merchandisers, cotton candy machines, and smart phone case printers, to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently growing the customer base and expanding market presence.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to position Seasons Games as a market leader.
  • Represent Seasons Games at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the company CRM system.

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or hospitality industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Passion for entertainment products and an understanding of their value to operators is a plus.
