Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and manage project construction documents including plans, specifications, and manuals.
- Lead daily job site operations, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and site security.
- Manage and update project documentation through Procore (logs, RFIs, submittals, daily reports).
- Drive scheduling activities (daily, weekly, monthly lookaheads), coordinating with subs and vendors.
- Lead and document regular project meetings (internal, subcontractor, and OAC).
- Ensure timely material procurement and confirm readiness of long-lead items.
- Conduct rigorous site safety oversight including Toolbox Talks and safety observations.
- Track changes in scope and initiate RFIs or Change Events when needed.
- Deliver final punch list, as-built documentation, and successful project demobilization.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction supervision (commercial/industrial/government).
- Proven leadership and communication skills across diverse teams and trades.
- Proficient in Procore and related project management software.
- Deep understanding of construction documents and contract obligations.
- Strong skills in schedule planning and subcontractor coordination.
- High attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
- Required License: OSHA 30 Certification.
