We are looking for a full-time Patient Experience Specialist to join our team! This person will be our front office medical receptionist within a clinical setting in either outpatient or inpatient facilities. This is a full-time position: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Coordination and performance of all front office operations
- Answering a multiline telephone
- Greeting patients
- Insurance verification and authorizations
- Scheduling appointments
- Completing necessary documentation
- Supporting office staff as needed
Our ideal candidate would:
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Have at least 1 year of related experience or training is preferred
- Have previous experience in a customer service or clerical role
- Display a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- Have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate strong detail orientation with the ability to adapt to change
- Demonstrate strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Have strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
