Who You Are
Will play a vital role within the HR team, offering support across various HR disciplines and assisting team members in achieving departmental goals. This position is responsible for managing essential HR processes, including new employee and leadership onboarding, coordinating meetings and events, facilitating internal employee communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.

Who You Are

This position is responsible for managing essential HR processes, including new employee and leadership onboarding, coordinating meetings and events, facilitating internal employee communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting recruitment efforts.
What You’ll Do
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will:
- Coordinates pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.
- Partners with Information Technology Help Desk team and hiring manager to ensure that all equipment is provided and set up correctly.
- Supports managers in creating an effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- Facilitates and presents training sessions, including Group New Hire Orientation, New Manager Training, and Culture Training.
- Maintains employee records, including personal, medical, recruitment, and other necessary filing systems.
- Manages and responds to routine inquiries and ad-hoc requests received in the HR team inbox.
- Manages the content development and distribution of the monthly employee newsletters, Bregade, Breg Benefits, etc.
- Ensures compliance with accreditation standards by performing monthly screenings of all employees and temporary staff against the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Exclusions list, preparing necessary documentation.
- Assists with data collection and fulfills other audit and accreditation requirements as needed.
- Handles department-level accounting tasks, including preparing purchase requisitions, processing invoices, and managing vendor files and contracts.
- Develops, maintains and provides reoccurring or new company reports, dashboards, and materials to key stakeholders.
- Manages the vendor responsible for remote compliance posters, including reorders and employee updates.
- Recruits for select non-exempt positions and assists with other recruiting activities as necessary.
- Coordinates logistics for training sessions, including supplies, materials, and catering.
- Completes and ensures that all necessary documentation is accurately completed and processed for employees leaving the company, including the timely termination of system access, in adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- May oversees calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the Head of Human Resources, and provides additional support for other HR team members as needed.
- Associates degree in an applicable field of study and 4+ year’s relevant experience, or equivalent combination. A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study is preferred.
- PHR certification highly desired; knowledge of federal and state employments laws required.
- HRIS experience of moderate to advanced complexity required; previous UKG (UltiPro) experience highly desired.
- Computer proficiency to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
