Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processes a pipeline of complex FHA, VA, Non-Conforming, and Conforming mortgage transactions.
- Ensures regulatory compliance with disclosure and verification requirements.
- Ensures all documents are prepared and finalized in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Reviews and verifies application information to prepare the application file for underwriting.
- Provides excellent customer service to mortgage applicants, both verbal and written.
- Provides feedback to management on loan activities based on loan level reporting.
