Job Description:

We are hiring an Executive Assistant who will provide direct support to senior leadership. This individual will be responsible for managing calendars, facilitating communications, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be polished, organized, and comfortable interacting across departments and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day schedules for senior leaders, including meeting coordination and calendar management
  • Organize and support internal meetings and offsite events
  • Maintain records and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Handle internal and external communication on behalf of leadership
  • Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with other team members to streamline operations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in a legal, consulting, or professional services environment

Additional Details:

  • Start Date: Seeking to fill the position by June (open to earlier starts)
  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start times available)
  • Dress Code: Business Professional
  • Background Check: County, state, and federal screen required
