Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day schedules for senior leaders, including meeting coordination and calendar management
- Organize and support internal meetings and offsite events
- Maintain records and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of leadership
- Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with other team members to streamline operations
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in a legal, consulting, or professional services environment
- Start Date: Seeking to fill the position by June (open to earlier starts)
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start times available)
