Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a committed and detail-oriented Dining Services Captain to lead our dining staff in delivering high-quality meal service. This pivotal role ensures that our residents enjoy a delightful and fulfilling dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of dining operations within a hospitality or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dining Operations: Oversee meal service to ensure efficiency, exquisite presentation, and compliance with dietary guidelines.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and support dining staff, cultivating teamwork and maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Resident Engagement: Establish relationships with residents to personalize dining experiences and promptly address any concerns.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate in organizing special dining events and themed meals to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe dining environment in adherence to all health regulations.
• Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor dining supplies, coordinate with vendors, and keep stock levels organized.

Experience & Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or related field degree preferred).
• Relevant experience in dining services, food service, or hospitality, preferably within assisted living or healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
