- Support and Administration of SolidWorks PDM Professional, Intelex, D365 ERP, and other engineering systems
- Work with a team to support and enhance applications, toolsets, and workflows
- Work with external software vendors to develop, customize, implement, and maintain computer systems
- Diagnose and solve a range of issues, including, but not limited to: software deployment, platform interoperability, migration strategies, installation and licensing, and software performance
- Administration of new user or group permissions and review license usage and needs to support all users
- Maintain synchronized data sets across multiple platforms
- Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, verify, and process information or data
- Promote the use of best practices for electronic workflows
- Documentation and standards governance as well as creation of needed SOP’s and guidelines
- Participate in process improvement activities
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or minimum of 2 years of additional college courses in engineering or information technology preferred
- 2 years of experience in engineering systems, information technology, systems administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong computer skills required; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required; Knowledge of Intelex, Solidworks PDM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or Nicelabel preferred
- Must be able to use a computer for extended periods throughout an 8 to 10-hour period
