About The Job
Ensures smooth day-to-day operations of Facilities Management by providing quality customer service and performing various administrative and dispatch duties. Supports the Manager and department staff with tasks such as reception, investigating and evaluating customer problems, handling complaints, processing service requests, and addressing other customer issues.

About The Job
Ensures smooth day-to-day operations of Facilities Management by providing quality customer service and performing various administrative and dispatch duties. Supports the Manager and department staff with tasks such as reception, investigating and evaluating customer problems, handling complaints, processing service requests, and addressing other customer issues.
What You’ll Do
- Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, delegates and assigns duties, and modifies activities as necessary. Coordinates the orientation and training of personnel.
- Works with Purchasing, Finance and Account Payable to ensure that invoicing, Billing and Procurement for the department are accurate and timely.
- Maintains Utility Usage Data
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a busy complex office environment managing multiple priorities.
- General knowledge of maintenance & health care systems a plus!
