Caring Senior Service of Sugar Land is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Agency Director to lead our new local office. This role combines compassionate leadership with operational oversight to deliver exceptional care to seniors in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Operations: Manage daily operations and guide staff to uphold care and performance standards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Client Relations: Conduct assessments and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Team Management: Train and coach a high-performing care team.
• Financial Oversight: Handle billing, payroll, collections, and budgeting.
• Marketing & Outreach: Build community partnerships and support local marketing efforts.
• Process Improvement: Lead audits and implement efficient systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in home care or a related healthcare field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel locally as needed
• A compassionate, solutions-oriented approach to care
  
  

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• On-Call: Evenings/weekends as needed
• Compensation: $45,000–$55,000/year + mileage reimbursement
