- Prepare fresh food items to company specifications
- Participates in a team environment
- Able to work in a high volume restaurant environment
- Follows all state and city food safety regulations
- Follows all company recipes for all food items
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Has a California food handlers card
- Participates in teamwork throughout the entire restaurant
- Is able to work in a high volume environment
- Is able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Is familiar with numerous pieces of kitchen equipment
- Is able to multitask and work more than 2 recipes at one time
