Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Facilitate performance management and employee development programs to enhance productivity and growth.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, build morale, and increase retention.
- Partner with HR team to assist in new hire onboarding, exits and processing employee changes
- Conduct ongoing one-on-one meetings with employees
- Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries about processes, policies, procedures, and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
