Pay Rate: $22/hr. and up
What You’ll Be Doing
Active: On the floor about 85% of time Traffic: Help expedite register lines <= 3+1; jump on register as neededMonitor: Look for coaching opportunities: RPH, ensure BOB & LISA, courtesy Teach: Primary trainer for new and current Cashiers Kickoff: Inspire/prep Cashiers at shift start, e.g., high RPH, pan counted, heads up/promotions Resolve: Customer issues via win/win approach MOD: Open/close & cover storewide for reasonable # times/week

We process dozens of trailers each week and more than several million unique SKUs annually, selling this inventory through our well-known, local retail store (11,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week) sales channels. The variety is amazing, ranging from consumer items (clothing, laptops, designer pursues, hardware) to commercial (rooftop air conditioners, restaurant ovens, airplane parts).

- Experience: 2+ years in TL level leadership role; 1+ year leading retail cash lines
- Process: Role model and leader of exceptional checkout experience
- Energy: High motor “mover-and-shaker”
- Connect: Positively engage Cashiers often
- Tech: Comfortable with POS technology to be first line of defense
- Detail: Help resolve cash issues, e.g., safe/drawer balancing
- Thriving: Store sales +22% year-to-date; $30M+ annual pace
