“A Day in the Life”

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented senior Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-large scale technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and a solid understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.

“What You’ll Do”

  • Own end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders
  • Own the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • Supervise project progress, identify and resolve risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews in Agile environments
  • Create and maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Ensure projects comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and technology governance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in project management practices and tools
  • Support vendor coordination and management, if applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

“Must Haves”

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience managing technology projects
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or Asana
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), data platforms, or enterprise IT systems is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred

  • Experience in managing projects in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy)
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or software release management
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working in a matrixed organization and across global teams
