What you will do:

  • Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in all phases, ensuring project activities align with requirements and deadlines.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including project plans, status updates, and meeting notes. Preparereports on progress and performance for stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Use datainsights to inform decisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for project inquiries, facilitating clear and effective communicationamong teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and support project meetings, ensuring agendas, follow-ups, and action items aremanaged effectively.
  • Resource Management: Track personnel and material resources, ensuring effective allocation and efficient utilization.
  • Issues, Risks, Opportunity (IRO) Management: Monitor and track project IROs, supporting mitigation strategies and actionplans using data-driven insights.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) Tools & Resource Development: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization ofPMO tools, ensuring usability and alignment with best practices to enhance project management adoption.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and guidance on PMO tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledgesharing.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining project management practices and tools. Engage in professional developmentopportunities to enhance expertise.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration,Project Management) or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in a role coordinating multiple projects.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar projectmanagement role.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) andmethodologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability toprioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the abilityto effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software, data visualizationsoftware, document retention software, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge in project managementsoftware, data visualization software, documentretention software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CAPM, PMP, or similar project managementcertification
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivateand inspire team members.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a corporateadministrative role including 1 year experiencecoordinating projects.
  • Able to quickly adopt
