What You’ll Do

  • Enhance manufacturability by collaborating with design engineers.
  • Optimize manufacturing methods, material handling, and process reliability.
  • Lead Lean & Kaizen events to drive efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Implement new assembly processes and ensure smooth transitions for product lines.
  • Work with quality engineering, procurement, and suppliers to improve component quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a production environment.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Kaizen events, VSM, time-motion studies, and waste elimination.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with FMEA, process validation, and statistical software tools.
