Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install kitchen and bath remodeling components such as cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, vanities, flooring, and accessories.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision to ensure a clean, professional finish.
• Perform tile work, including but not limited to, bathrooms, floors and backsplashes with strong attention to detail and alignment.
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer guidelines, project specifications, and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company professionally, demonstrating respect for the client's home and property.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential remodeling or specialized trade work (kitchen/bath installation, carpentry, tile setting, etc.).
• Preferred: Certified Tile Installer (CTI) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for remodeling tasks.
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and detailed installation instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent communication and professionalism in client interactions.

• Full-time
