Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. This position will also be responsible for supporting major milestones associated with an integrated master schedule and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to meet objectives.

What You'll Get To Do

- Liaison: Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects. May make presentations to small groups.
- Additionally: Other duties as assigned to meet mission and assignment objectives as required.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 5 Years experience; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered lieu of degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Must have the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
- 1 year of experience supporting Aerospace, Department of Defense, Government contracts, or related project management experience.
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) (labor, material, Subcontracts, IWOs)
- Experience as a project or program manager
- Knowledge and understanding of risk and opportunity management
- Experience with contract actions and vehicles
- Experience working with senior level executives and decision makers
- Experience facilitating customer and stakeholder engagements and meetings
- Knowledge and understanding of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables
