The Opportunity
This role has the unique opportunity to support the Heroes who actively serve the children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being.
You Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Taking incoming calls to schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party
- Place outbound calls to schedule missed or past due appointments
- Place outbound reminder and confirmation calls for appointments on the schedule
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy on every call
- Resolve customer support problems
- Schedule appointments for all patient services
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
- Hold a High School diploma or GED
- Type 30 words per minute minimum
- Computer experience to include using dual monitors and moving between multiple programs
- Call Center experience (minimum of one year preferred)
- Stable work history and good attendance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth
