Job Description

• Prepare documents to be scanned by removing staples, paper clips, etc.
• Scan documents into electronic database as directed by the company
• Ensure the scanned documents are legible before submitting them in the electronic database
• Report any maintenance or repairs needed on the scanners to the appropriate outsourced company
• Assist as the primary backup to the receptionist on an as needed basis
• Assist as the primary backup for data entry of shipping tickets
• Respect confidentiality in discussing customer, staff, or other proprietary business information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands: Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs. This is a physically active job. That requires vision, average sight, touch, and MUST be able to wear PPE.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The majority of work is performed in a office environment.

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
