Hufft Marchand Hospitality is now starting the process of bringing on a new Executive Chef for our pizza and pasta concept.
Requirements for the Position:
Being extremely organized is key for this position as it will require you to understand, forecast and control a couple moving parts at all times.
Our company truly believes in a work life balance. We do not get out of our kitchens at midnight every night and we do not expect you to work 6/7 days a week at 12 hours a day. Requirements for the Position:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive sous chef or executive chef.
- Strong knowledge in controlling inventory, food and labor costs
- Is a strong leader with great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain a healthy team
- You must hold extremely strong organizational skills as this position will be multifaceted.
- Holds knowledge of basic computer programs such as excel, word, google docs, and Gmail
- Has positive energy that is brought with them daily
