Hufft Marchand Hospitality is now starting the process of bringing on a new Executive Chef for our pizza and pasta concept.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive sous chef or executive chef.
  • Strong knowledge in controlling inventory, food and labor costs
  • Is a strong leader with great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain a healthy team
  • You must hold extremely strong organizational skills as this position will be multifaceted.
  • Holds knowledge of basic computer programs such as excel, word, google docs, and Gmail
  • Has positive energy that is brought with them daily

Our employees are the key to our success. Applicants must be able to mentor, motivate and manage all aspects of a kitchen as well as take care of daily duties, computer work and most importantly, our guests!

Being extremely organized is key for this position as it will require you to understand, forecast and control a couple moving parts at all times.

Our company truly believes in a work life balance. We do not get out of our kitchens at midnight every night and we do not expect you to work 6/7 days a week at 12 hours a day.
