What You’ll Be Doing

  • Charting the Course – Design and execute bold, data-driven marketing strategies that align with Jaybird’s mission and occupancy goals.
  • Building the Brand – Lead storytelling, campaign development, and brand management to create a consistent, compelling voice across all communities.
  • Fueling Lead Gen – Create and optimize digital and traditional marketing efforts—SEO, PPC, direct mail, events—to drive inquiries and move-ins.
  • Empowering the Flock – Partner with sales teams and community leaders to strengthen marketing integration and improve conversion rates.
  • Telling the Story – Capture and amplify the resident and community experience through powerful content and PR opportunities.
  • Measuring What Matters – Use analytics, KPIs, and market research to guide decisions and continuously improve ROI.

What You Bring To The Nest

  • Experience That Soars – 5+ years in marketing (3+ in a leadership role), ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
