- Fueling Lead Gen – Create and optimize digital and traditional marketing efforts—SEO, PPC, direct mail, events—to drive inquiries and move-ins.
- Empowering the Flock – Partner with sales teams and community leaders to strengthen marketing integration and improve conversion rates.
- Telling the Story – Capture and amplify the resident and community experience through powerful content and PR opportunities.
- Measuring What Matters – Use analytics, KPIs, and market research to guide decisions and continuously improve ROI.
- Experience That Soars – 5+ years in marketing (3+ in a leadership role), ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Digital Know-How – Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, tools, and trends—plus the traditional tactics that still move the needle.
- Brand Brilliance – You know how to build a brand that resonates and inspires.
- Analytical Talons – You love the numbers and use them to refine, retool, and retarget.
