We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety and operational efficiency of our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will manage facility systems, coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A strong background in the procurement and management of medical equipment and furnishings is essential.

  • Receive punch lists for repairs and painting for all sites
  • Coordinate work order for contractors, volunteers and staff
  • Perform site reviews to check overall appearance, cleanliness, neatness, etc. and discuss findings with Janitorial management.
  • Set up new sites or make changes to existing sites - work with contractors, purchase all equipment, furnishings, wall coverings, order and coordinate installation of phone lines and equipment, computers, complete permits, etc.
  • Provide input to planning discussion regarding the expansion of existing or acquisition of new properties, to include review of specifications
  • Schedule medical equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Coordinate maintenance, development and update of alarm response procedures with security company
  • Respond to all alarm calls when alerted by security company


Minimum

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum four years' experience in purchasing, facility maintenance and security
  • Knowledge of procurement and management of medical equipment and furnishings
  • Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
  • Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities


Salary $75,000 - $80,000, D.O.E.
