As a Care Manager, you’ll be a vital leader in our mission, empowering caregivers, supporting families, and ensuring seniors receive the dignity-driven care they deserve. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & Hire: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers to meet client demand.
- Train & Develop: Oversee caregiver onboarding and provide ongoing training and mentorship.
- Performance Management: Conduct evaluations and coaching to support caregiver growth and accountability.
- Care Coordination: Assist with client onboarding and care plan development (licensed nurses may write care plans).
- Scheduling & Coverage: Strategically match caregivers with clients and ensure dependable staffing.
- Client & Family Liaison: Foster trusting relationships and respond to concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide Care as Needed: Step in to deliver direct care during emergencies or staffing gaps (including ADLs, companionship, and medication reminders).
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare management, or home care services
- Proven ability to lead and support a team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Rotating on-call coverage (evenings and weekends)
- Local travel to client homes as required
- Salary: $35,000–$42,000 annually, depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement
