Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all facility equipment and company assets
• Perform preventative maintenance on advanced mechanical systems
• Operate and maintain various electrical and pneumatic power tools and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while working
• Utilize computer software to track maintenance activities and diagnostics
• Communicate effectively via two-way radio and with team members
• Lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs/ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including heat and inclement weather
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience (required)
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (preferred)
• Experience with robotics systems (preferred)
• Ability to read and understand work assignments and instructions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills for work order management and diagnostics
• Willingness to relocate or reliably commute to Albany, GA
