Our Operations department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Operations Intern.

Key Tasks

• Lectures and Presentations: Concise introductions to concepts and tools.
• Discussions and Q&A: Encouraging active learning and clarification.
• Practical Exercises and Simulations: Hands-on application of tools.
• Gemba Walks: Observing processes in the workplace.
• Team Collaboration: Working with experienced team members.

Your Background

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Additional Information

• Salary: Hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with OT possibilities.
• Vacation or PTO: Not eligible.
• Sick Time: Per Washington State law, one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked, with the ability to roll over up to 40 hours into the next year.
• Benefits: Not eligible.
• 401K eligibility on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Permobil offers Safe Harbor matching, with immediate vesting.
• Holidays: Based on average number of hours worked during holiday week.
